How ADL trainer came to be

Who am I?

I'm a Licensed occupational therapist who believes the quality of life you live is dependent on your ability to engage in the activities you enjoy doing. 

My Philosophy

Motion is lotion to the joints, the longer you remain active in your life is directly related to the quality of life you’re going to have. The absence of motion, is the presence of disability.

My service

I create video exercise programs primarily focused on maintaining your ADL (Activities of Daily Living) independence. With 30 minutes of low to moderate intensity exercise per day you could reap the benefits of enjoying life to its fullest. No equipment required, except the free resistance band you receive when you sign up. Common household items will be used.
